These are the 2010-2011 United Way of Jasper County Community Partner Agencies. Each of these organizations is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit human service entity. They have submitted their application and financial information to United Way, participated in the Community Investment interviews, and were accepted to be a 2010-2011 United Way Community Partner Agency.
Provides a safe environment as well as opportunities for youth to get involved. Aces is open to middle and high school students Monday - Saturday.

The center provides care for children ages infant to 5 years of age and offers a before and after school and summer program for school aged children and a preschool program for 3-5 year olds.
Serves children ages 6-18 through their Community Based Program which matches a mentor and a child with activities taking place in the community and their School Based Program that matches a commnunity volunteer and a child with weekly activities taking place at the child's school.

Prepares young people to make ethical choices over their lifetime by offering educational programs to build character, train in the responsibilities of participating citizenship and develop personal fitness.
Program provides before and after school care for elementary-age youth in the Prairie City and Monroe School district and wrap-around care for the preschool program in Prairie City.

Provides substance abuse treatment services to women, pregnant women and women with children. Clearview Recovery also provides parenting skills instruction for all clients and their children.

Program offers early childhood education to three and four year old children with a kindergarten preparation curriculum. By offering morning and afternoon sessions, Colfax strives to reach all children in surrounding areas.
Domestic Violence Alternative/Sexual Assault Center (641) 791-3446
Provides free and confidential services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assualt such as a 24-hour crisis line, safe shelter, individual and support group counseling and information about and referrals to community resources.
Engages Girl Scouts of all ages in discovering themselves, connecting with others, and taking action to make the world a better place. With guidance from volunteer leaders, Girl Scouts are given the opportunity to gain courage, confidence and character.

Hospice is a special way of caring for terminally ill people and their families in the home or home-like setting. Bereavement services are available to family members and are an integral part of the whole hospice philosophy. 
JCCPCA dedicates itself to the highest quality of child abuse prevention programs to foster family growth and development. A sexual abuse prevention program is presented to all elementary schools in Jasper County. JCCPCA's Parents as Teachers program provides in-home visits that targets children between 0-5 years of age.

A humanitarian organization led by volunteers to provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. Disaster Relief, Service to Armed Forces, Lifeguard Training and HIV/AIDS Education are just a few of the many emergency services offered by the Red Cross.

Retired Senior Volunteer Program offers a variety of volunteer opportunities utilizing the experience and wisdom of individuals age 55 and above. Such opportunities include Heart Literacy, Tax Assistance, Transportation, Congregate Meals, Community Betterment and many more.
Provides emergency shelter, food, clothing and household needs as well as emergency assistance with rent and utilities for clients in Jasper County.
Willowbrook, A Wesley Life Adult Day Center is the only adult day service in Jasper County. Willowbrook provides programs for individuals 21 years of age or older in a safe and supportive environment. Respite care is also offered to caregivers and through a partnership with Heartland Senior Services, free and reduced rate transportation is available.
